Train Signal products on AbsolutelyWindows

One of the most important, and sadly overlooked necessities in the use of technology, especially in IT, is training.

When we look at what we do at Logikworx: the reason our migrations take the amount of time they do is because we insist on training all users before we roll out the products.

Why, you may ask?

Easy: we try to avoid unnecessary truck rolls. Particularly for issues that would never have come up if we has adequately trained the clients’ users.

vsphere_animated_125x125 Train Signal, Inc., one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, is a leading provider of professional computerized and online training resources with courses in virtually all aspects of IT. It’s products span the gamut from Microsoft operating systems, VMWare and virtualization, Cisco, CompTIA, and more. It has also pioneered online streaming of training.

One of the really cool things about Train Signal training is the multi-format delivery of training: in a classroom with a computer, streamed to your phone or iPad over the Intertubes, watched the videos on any Android-equipped smartphone, or even while chillaxin’ in bed. Your choice.

All this at affordable prices too.

Today, we are pleased to announce that AbsolutelyWindows has gained the sponsorship of Train Signal, Inc.

As a result, over the next few months, we will do a monthly giveaway where a Train Signal product will be showcased and given away.

Personally, I find this to be a very invaluable resource, and I am very excited that we will be able to bring this giveaway series to you.

I am hoping we might be able to bring you some interviews with the creator(s) of the each training series as we showcase them, getting their thoughts on the objectives for you the trainee on their product.

Right now, you can get a free 6-hour Introduction to Exchange 2010 training course by following this link.

We are appreciative, and on behalf of SmallBizWindows and AbsolutelyWindows, I would like to thank Train Signal, and especially David Davis, vExpert, VCP, CCIE, CISSP, for making this happen.
