KK asked for help with going online using her mom's computer last night.
Actually, she had asked for help last week and the security disc (Logikworx April 2005 Security Update-1) I sent to her just made it in yesterday.
What a doozy!!! The system was so infected, with viruses, spyware, adware, and so on, that I asked her to pull the plug on it and send it to me.
Her (Karyn's) system, on the other hand, was returned to an operable state and I will ask her to use GoToMyPC today so I can flush and lockdown her system.
