CiLOn Monday, CoveritLive suffered an outage.

For my buddy Rich Brambley (vmetc.com, @rbrambley)  and I, the outage couldn’t have come at a more inopportune time, as we were about to start different liveblogs of the recently-concluded HP StorageWorks Tech Day.

In short, it sucked!

Today, I received an apologetic email from Jill. R., a product development manager at CoveritLive attempting to mollify me over the problems the outage may have caused.

Am I mollified?

Should I be?

Understand that right now, CoveritLive is a free  product.

Yet, they took the time to fashion out an explanatory email.

What are chances that I’d be using this product into the future, and paying for it?

100%?

Yeah, that sounds about right.
