Last week, I lauded Microsoft’s decision to add Silverlight to Windows Mobile 7, a decision commenter “Will” discounted thoroughly, pointing out, correctly, that Adobe’s Flash was nearly ubiquitous in computing.
Today, “Will” must be positively gleeful, and for good reason!
Today, Adobe released a Flash Player that has a common runtime for the desktop, and get this, most mobile platforms, iPhone included.
Where is Microsoft’s Silverlight?
Is it included in the new Windows Mobile 6.5?
Is waiting for Silverlight on a Windows Mobile platform akin to, you know, Waiting for Godot?
When will Microsoft’s WinMo team be revived from their stasis pods?
