When afflicted with some infirmity, you start to know your friends.
I was re-introduced to my friends at the recently concluded 2006 International CES, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In their own ways, these friends made my broken leg a non-issue during the hustle-and-bustle there.
From Chris who wanted me to rent a mobility scooter – which I eventually did, to Terri, who always made sure I was comfortable, to Mike who guarded my leg in the crowds, to Steve who helped carry my coat, to Nick, to Eric, to Geoff, etc.
Friendship, they say, is wealth.
People, I am very wealthy!
