In my SmallBizVista.com Editorial here, I stated that Windows Live Hotmail was the best web mail service out there.
The powers that be at The University of Pennsylvania think so too.
The Ivy League school today selected Windows Live @ Edu as the messaging platform for students at the SAS and Wharton.
Nice move.
