In previous iterations, as the Epson WorkForce 600 and WorkForce 610, we found the WorkFoce series of printers from Epson to be extremely capable desktop products.
Well, late last year, Epson swung and hit a homerun with the Epson WorkForce 635.
This is a sweet baby of a printer. While maintaining the same form factor as the older models, it adds a built-in automatic duplexer, the use of those exquisite Dura-Brite inks, extremely fast speeds, and incredibly rich output.
In fact, the WorkForce 635 is such a good printer that it can be used continuously as a primary photo printer.
For a personal printer, you cannot do better.
Breaking: At CES2011, Epson also introduced a new SOHO/departmental inkjet printer, the WorkForce 840. I have a copy here at The Orbiting O’Odua, and we should be unboxing and post thoughts on it. Initial thoughts on the system tells me that unless other printer manufacturers step up, the WorkForce 840 just might run away in 2011.
