I have been using RingCentral Mobile for the past several weeks and I am enjoying how it is making my phone calls more productive based on rules I have set up in the system.
What is RingCentral Mobile?
RingCentral Mobile is a cloud-based virtual PBX service that enables small businesses to enjoy the same level of PBX service that large companies do without the expense of purchasing hardware
RingCentral furnishes you with a toll-free number upon signup or you can forward your existing phone service to RingCentral.
With the RingCentral service, all incoming calls are routed as you design it, sending calls to the relevant receivers depending on parameters you have set for them, using its built-in auto attendant. This call routing can be by groups or a directory.
By virtualizing your PBX, RingCentral is able to grow with you, expanding to meet your needs in several locations. Another benefit of this virtualization is that it abstracts physical locations from delivery of messages and faxes. It doesn’t matter if you are in Burkina Faso or Ulaan Bator, as long as you are authenticated into the system, you have access to your voicemails and faxes.
You can set rule for determining how calls and faxes are routed to your employees.
I cannot stress just how easy RingCentral is to set up and administer.
A final component of RingCentral Mobile that I am yet to test if the RingCentral DigitalLine VOIP service. I hope to do so soon, and bring you a post on how that went.
In the meantime, a FAQ on RingCentral mobile is here, and a great giveaway is under way even as I write this.
