With Office 12, we would have
  1. XML file formats,
  2. an Office Server product,
  3. better SharePoint integration, and
  4. some features of Groove Virtual Office.

(wishful thoughts in italics)

How about backwards compatibility?

If all 4 features are present, an SBS version of Office/Server will be a huge product.
