Yahoo! has purchased Pixoria, the publisher of Konfabulator and made it a free product.
Good move!
While I do not use any Yahoo! product, I like Konfabulator, and use it across all the units here at La Casa Moi, both Windows and Macs.
For people like me then, this provides some stickiness they (Yahoo!) did not previously have.
However, during a visit to Redmond this past week, I was given a copy of Desktop X Pro by one of the developers from the publisher Stardock, and, if the product lives up to expectations, bye-bye Konfabulator. And Yahoo!
